The grills will be going, so bring something to grill, a dish to share, and if you want to bring a donation for our district's McKinney-Vento students, that would be awesome, too. All six of the SMSD school board candidates will be there for you to visit with - plus many of your state reps and senators! 

Wondering who's running for the school board? 
At-large: Mandi Hunter and Heather Ousley
East area: Mary Sinclair and Jim Lockard
West area: Laura Guy and Craig Denny

Everybody gets to vote in the at-large race, and then we all get to vote for our attendance area seat, so this year mostly people who live in East and West attendance areas get to vote on a second candidate.

This is a kid-friendly and beer-friendly event - so feel free to bring both!
