MainStream Coalition will host "BBQ, Politics, and Humor" 

Sunday, August 16:  4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. 

Tomahawk Ridge Community Center in

11902 Lowell, Overland Park, KS 66213 (map)  

Enjoy the political musings of Steven Jacques, political author of Advance Man. It is a surprisingly funny novel based on real events and real people from Jacques' more than 36 years in presidential politics. 

Additionally Pastor Rick Behrens, a singer and guitar player, will entertain us with musical, political tunes. 

Tickets are $40.  Limited Seating (this event sold out last year). For non-members, the ticket provides a complimentary one year membership to MainStream Coalition.

The ticket price includes a fabulous Kansas City BBQ dinner catered by Zarda BBQ and drinks(water, beer, wine). There will be a vegetarian option available; just indicate when you purchase your ticket.
