"Simply put, single payer is a health insurance program. A public agency organizes all healthcare financing and the delivery of care remains private.  The confusion of thousands of insurance policies, manuals, and uncertainties about coverage will be ended.  Savings anticipated in the US will be $504 billion a year. All Americans would be covered for all medically necessary services.  Patients would regain choice of doctor and hospital, and doctors would regain autonomy over patient care".

Please join us at the Lenexa Community Center 13420 Oak Street....250 chairs or more available.  We start at 7 pm on that Saturday evening followed by a question and answer period.  We have the gym area from 7 to 9 pm.  We have 1 speaker at this point discussing Medicare For ALL and I will probably ask another speaker to talk about the future Senate bill on healthcare.....since the vote on the present bill was dropped today.
